Henna Foundation / Sefydliad Henna
Henna Foundation is a registered charity that runs a ‘One Stop' shop service which offers advice, support, sign posting and advocacy to vulnerable young people and families that are faced with social pressures, isolation and the difficulties and challenges of family and community life. A significant percentage of Henna’s work involves supporting and seeking assistance to protect victims faced with issues around Forced marriage, ‘Honour' related abuse, violence & crime.
Henna also assists voluntary, statutory services and Government depts. /agencies in improving community engagement and working towards the mainstreaming agenda of service delivery. Henna Foundation is soon to hosts multi-disciplinary on-line Forced Marriage & HBV Directory and Knowledge Centre (to go live soon).
