Leaving home and living independently is a huge step for all young people. We want to ensure that you have all the information you need to make the experience as stress-free and as easy as possible. We also want you to know where to go for support if you find yourself with a housing problem or if you are faced with homelessness.
www.housemate.org.uk has loads of useful tips on leaving home as well as links to local services and projects.
If you are at school or college and you want to study homelessness as part of PSE or the Welsh Bac, for example, you can use the Housemate pack (available on the website) and visit the Housemate Pack Channel on You Tube.
