Welsh Association of ME and CFS Support (WAMES)
They provide information and support to young people and their parents or carers who suffer with or suspect they may have Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) /Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome (PVFS) in Wales.
They also offer a free newsletter for young people up to the age of 25. They have a message board which offers additional information and support which is open to people over the age of 18 and to any parents/carers of people with ME/CFS and/or PVFS who live in Wales.
