“The Expression You Wear on Your Face Is
Just as Influential as the Clothes on Your Back”…

If smiling is heart-warming, infectious and friendly way to brighten another person’s day, why do so few people smile?

Perhaps some people feel a little nervous and vulnerable when they smile. Perhaps others are so wrapped up the stresses and pressures of life that they simply forget to smile.

The truth is, your smile is a powerful thing that speaks volumes about the person you are. Use it wisely and your smile can be your ticket to success.
“Frown and you frown alone, but smile
and the whole world smiles with you!”

A warm smile can light up a person’s life and make them feel special and loved. An encouraging smile can inspire action, and a genuine smile can generate respect and trust.

With the right smile, people will think of you as friendly, courteous and trustworthy. Smile and people will want to be your friend, or to be part of your team.

If you’re looking for the secret to success, begin by developing a heartfelt smile. You’ll be amazed at how quickly people will warm up to you, and how comfortable your relationships will become.
“A Genuine and Infectious Smile
Starts in Your Eyes”

To see how you smile, stand in front of a mirror and smile big, bold and bright. Try to make your eyes glitter and your face become more relaxed and expressive. Doesn’t it feel amazing how a simple smile can make you feel powerful?
Smile and Your Life Will Get Better…
And The World Will Improve!

Every day, test your smile on others and watch what happens. You’ll soon realise that people respond better to a smile. It is one of the key of your success in relationship and obviously in business.

Once you’ve mastered smiling with your eyes, it’s time to expand your smile into laughing.

Laughing is one of the most powerful natural healing techniques. In fact, it’s virtually impossible to feel sad, angry or depressed when you’re laughing. Laugh out loud, then try to be depressed afterwards, it’s quite tricky, isn’t it?

Next, push on your stomach and practice laughing out loud. Try to get laugh more loudly, while maintain an internal feeling of relaxation and enjoyment. Repeat the process at least 10 times. You’re laugh will get better with practice.

While practicing your smiles and laughs remember to breathe deeply. It will help you feel more comfortable and in control. A deep breath not only oxygenates your cells, boosts your energy, it will give you more self-confidence.

Stand in front of your mirror and take in a deep breath, hold it for 10 seconds and then breathe out slowly. But breathe with your diaphragm, not with your lungs.

Taking ten minutes per day to practice smiling, laughing and breathing, will make an incredible difference in your life. You’ll be amazed at how wonderful you feel.

Did you know that your brain can’t tell the difference between you smiling or laughing and faking a laugh or smile?!

So if laughter makes you feel good then if yr feeling seriously miffed, a tad concerned about the state of affairs

Try laughing or even just hold a smile fake it!

Smile at everyone – and see what happens!
