Review: Rango

By -

The movie Rango seemed really long.

Longer than it should be.

The beginning was boring. The ending was good, but not something I would buy.

The story is about a lizard looking for water for his town. I would give this movie four out of ten, but some people might like it.

The Vue website says: Rango is the sort of ingenious animated movie with laughs for grown ups and for kids.

Trying to survive the harsh environment of the Mojave Desert is Rango (Johnny Depp), a chameleon with big plans to become a swashbuckling hero.

He might just have found the ideal spot, a Western town over-run by bandits that is desperately holding out for a hero to save it from destruction. Enter our lizard friend, ready to try out his fighting skills against some pretty bad-ass characters.

Great animation and genuinely funny comedy from the director of Pirates Of The Caribbean.

It is up to you whether or not you like it, but it is not something I am going to buy any time soon.
