Scrape the sleep from your eyes and shake the boredom of the day away. Do it. Do it now. Because we’ve got something here that’s gonna wake you up and we don’t want to give you a fright. We’re nice like that. You may as well turn your iPod off as well – we’ve got something much better here to fulfil your musical needs. Yep, that’s right, it’s the Wicid Battle of the Bands 2012 semi-finalists! Get your dancing Vans on and get your best shapes at the ready!

Some of you may have already voted via Wicid, which has helped these bands reach the echelons of the semi-final stage, or some of you may have graced the bands with your presence while their guitars were riffing, basses popping, drumbeats clattering and vocals harmonising in the first-round stage which was held in The Factory, Porth. If you haven’t done either of these, don’t worry, put the tissues away, and wipe your eyes, mate, there’s plenty more fish in the sea. Because now’s your chance to have your say, to have your decision help form the finalists, to have your vote counted in the Wicid Battle of the Bands 2012 semi-finalists.

Here’s the list of the semi-finalists. Click on their name to hear their music and feast in the sound of the future, and be sure to remember to vote for your favourite band:

Hello Suger P, have you voted once already? Two computers one internet connection? So if someone used their laptop at your house using your internet connection then it may not let you have two votes. Does this help at all?

One IP address one vote, that’s the best way we could do it and that would be fair.

    Does this help at all?
