DASPA (Drug and Alcohol Single Point of Access) is a new adult service/provision (18+) which is the first and single point of contact for people looking for support or advice regarding drug and alcohol misuse across Cwm Taf (RCT & Merthyr Tydfil) and is collaboration between the voluntary, social and health sectors. <?xml:namespace prefix =” o” ns =” “urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office”” />
Many people, including service users and professionals alike, have found they’re unsure what support they need or where to find it which adds to the time it takes to receive support they need.
DASPA eliminates this confusion and makes referrals to the most appropriate services are made effectively, making it quick and easy for the caller to access the support they need.
