This year, RCT Youth Engagement & Participation Service will be facilitating young people from RCT to take part in the annual International Youth Exchange, which will take place this year in Wrzesnia, Poland.

Young people, aged between 16 and 20 from across RCT, are invited to apply to participate in this project. There are 10 residential places available, preferably with an equal number of boys and girls.

If your application is successful, you will stay in Wresnia for two weeks, with young people and staff from our partner youth organisations in France, Germany and Poland.

All accommodation and food is provided, all we need is a £100 contribution towards travel, and 100% commitment from you for the duration of the exchange programme. (You may wish to raise your contribution by undertaking sponsored activities, please get in touch with us if you need any support with this.)

This year’s project is focusing on issues of Ecology/Environment and participants will undertake workshops and explore issues, while sharing experiences and working with each other, taking part in visits and activities, and making new friends.

An amount of preparatory work is needed by each exchange group in advance of the visit, so we are asking for anyone who is interested in taking part in the exchange to submit their applications to us by 30th May.

If you wish to apply, you are welcome to submit a letter or presentation of your interest in any of the following formats: verbally recorded, on DVD, CD, electronically or in writing. You need to include:
