A new initiative is set to encourage young people from Mountain Ash Comprehensive School to play an active role in the safety and crime prevention in the Mountain Ash Area. In partnership with Miskin Tenants and Residents and South Wales Police, a group of young people from the school have set up their very own young persons PACT to link in to the current PACT meetings that the police and community currently conduct.
The meeting was attended by Chairs of Governors, Pauline Jarman, Chief Commander of the Northern Division Kevin O’Neill, Head teacher, Huw Lloyd and members of Miskin Tenants and Residents group.
