She sat there quietly on her bed. The old clock was ticking. Each tick was getting louder and louder, and made her feel more and more uncomfortable.

She knew this day was going to arrive, but not this quickly.

As the clock struck twelve she took a deep breath and let it all sink in. She quickly packed a small bag and scurried across the landing but quietly tip-toed down the stairs and then sneaked out of the door. She had to get out of the Country and fast. She looked down at her one way plane ticket and took another deep breath.

“Nashville, here I come.”
