Thank you for getting in touch with me. Firstly, I’d like to let you know that I fully understand how stressful school life and education can be. I was in school once, a long, long, long time ago…
Agored Cymru is a registered charity that offers education and training qualifications to people of all ages. In school, your YEPS officer can give you more information and let you know what courses you will be offered. Some of the courses YEPS have offered so far include; confidence building, teamwork, UNCRC, positive relationships etc.

Year 10 can be a very stressful time for young people and there are a lot of important choices that have to be made. The first thing to remember is that all your peers and young people going into year 10 are in the same position and many will be feeling the same feelings as yourself. If you feel comfortable doing so, it may be beneficial to discuss some of your worries with your friends and classmates as they may be able to help and advise you.
If you have reservations or worries about anything academic or a particular subject, then I would suggest the first place you go for advice would be to your teachers or school staff. They want to ensure all students are confident and comfortable in school.
