This survey has finished. Thank you to everyone who took part in the survey, feedback will be provided shortly.

Play is the greatest job of childhood and we in Rhondda Cynon Taf Council think it is essential that children have the opportunity to play.  The United Nations, the UK Government and the Welsh Government all recognise how important it is for children to have the right to play.

As a Council we have a statutory duty to assess and secure sufficient play opportunities for children through the Play Sufficiency Assessment.  To help us do this, we would like to know what you think about play opportunities in the borough.

Please complete our survey which you can access here.  There is also a version for young people to complete which can be accessed here.

If you would prefer to complete a printed version of our survey, please contact Sian Wood, Childcare and Play Development Officer on: 01443 744376 or email:

The survey will close on Monday the 5nd November at 5pm, so please make sure that you have completed your survey by then.

Thank you for taking part in our survey and helping us to ensure young people can access and play safely in their borough.
